"Bitch I'm Murph Watkins" is what the 22 year old lyricist boasts on one of my favorite tracks by him "My Drunk Song", to imply that you should already know who he is.

Well if you don't know, he is the hottest thing out of Chicago. With his witty word play and braggadocious flow, it's a shame that this guy isn't on yet. This year Murph released his mixtape No Love At All  which was a compilation of intoxicating tracks and plenty references to women, liquor, and an occasional "YAH"(his signature sound). After the relase of No Love At All, Murph teamed up with Creative Gold to form the unstoppable power duo "97 Bulls". So far they have release 2 songs (Good Morning and Flagrant Foul). We should be expecting some more songs from the 97 Bulls throughout the end of 2012.

As of late, Murph has been hitting the studio hard to complete his album "Love Nothing About It" which he says "It's nothing you've ever heard before". He has proven that this week when he released the 1st single "The Day I Fell In Love" featuring Velvet Gunn and Production by Julian Malone from the 2008ighties. This song is hands down my favorite song by Murph thus far.
