DJ Khaled - Kiss The Ring (8.20.12)

With the first single, “Take It To The Head” featuring Chris Brown, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, & Lil Wayne, Kiss The Ring was released late August. I think he has another dope piece of work on his hands. With features from Kanye West, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Meek Mill, T.I., Ace Hood, Wale, and a host of others; Khaled even took to the mic & rapped on “They Don’t Want War” featuring Ace Hood.

I was amazed to see that he got a few rap veterans (Scarface, Nas, DJ Premier) on “Hip Hop”, showcasing their love/hate stories to H.E.R.

My favorite tracks were They Ready, Hip Hop, I Wish You Would, I’m So Blessed, and They Don’t Want War. I liked the flow of the album and I didn't get the urge to skip thru it. 

How would I rate it: Free download worthy.
